Let’s Talk: Employee Burnout
Overview
This online training (OLT) educates supervisors on identifying and handling employee burnout. Through it, supervisors will learn about the causes and symptoms of burnout and the tools and strategies they can use to support their employees in managing this issue.
Target Audience
This project is intended for supervisors of a hardship department at a company that is experiencing high employee turnover and low job satisfaction.
Role
In this project, I was responsible for storyboarding, action mapping, and instructional design.
Tools
I utilized various tools, including Storyline 360, Miro, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Wellsaid Labs, to finish this project.

Results and Takeaways
This project allowed me to utilize AI voice technology to enhance the learning experience. With my existing knowledge of Articulate Suite, voice editing software, and graphic design tools, I created a powerful and empowering experience. While some areas could be improved, I am generally satisfied with the results and look forward to utilizing the skills I gained in future projects.
